What are your rates for shipping?

What is your domestic shipping policy?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please exclude weekends and holidays in calculation times. Items are shipped by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please allow extra time for COVID related processing and shipping delays that may be impacting matters across the country. Should this affect your order, we do our best to get in touch with you through the contact information you provided to determine how to proceed.
Do you ship gift cards?
We are currently offering e-gift cards (emailed) in multiple denominations that can be used for purchases online.
My order was not delivered, was lost, or stolen from my porch upon delivery. Can you assist me with this issue?
Please review the following scenarios should any of these apply:
Check to see if your order was marked "delivered" in your confirmation email. Keep in mind deliveries particularly during peak holiday times can take 2-4 weeks.
Check if the shipping address was originally keyed in properly when the order was placed. Take extra care in noting apartment numbers and zip codes. Leaving them out and not double checking the digits are often the factor in shipping complications. You can use a simple tool like the USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure that the city in the address matches the zip code. If this is the case and it was determined by the carrier that it was "a wrong address," we can try forwarding your order to the correct address. We just ask that you pay for the postage.
Another reason items are returned by the carrier is that they were ‘unclaimed’. If your package was not collected at the local post office or a different pickup location, it will be returned. We ask that you handle reshipment costs should this be the situation at hand.
Yvonne Rondinone Fine Art/ Sea Ginger Shop is not liable for failed delivery or mishandling by the carrier service (USPS or UPS/FedEx). If the address is correct and you assume your package to have been lost or stolen, you must contact the carrier service personally. Unfortunately, we have no control of these circumstances on our end, so we are not able to address any failed delivery or theft issues directly. Due to the unique nature of our art and wares, we will be unable to ship out a replacement on any item that has been lost or stolen.
What if my shipment was damaged after it was delivered?
We are not responsible for any damage incurred post-delivery. We strongly urge you to handle your new artwork or vintage item with care when framing, reframing or displaying. Please place art away from possible water or heat damage and hang pieces with care.
How does international shipping work?
