What is your domestic shipping policy?
Orders which include original art and vintage goods from our shop are processed within 2-5 business days. Please exclude weekends and holidays in calculation times. Items are shipped by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Soft Goods (i.e. pillows, comforters, aprons, etc.) may require an additional 1-2 business days to allow for printing.
Do you ship gift cards?
We are currently offering e-gift cards (emailed) in multiple denominations that can be used for purchases online.
My order was not delivered, was lost, or stolen from my porch upon delivery. Can you assist me with this issue?
Please review the following scenarios should any of these apply:
Check to see if your order was marked "delivered" in your confirmation email. Keep in mind deliveries particularly during peak holiday times can take 2-4 weeks.
Check if the shipping address was originally keyed in properly when the order was placed. Take extra care in noting apartment numbers and zip codes. Leaving them out and not double checking the digits are often the factor in shipping complications. You can use a simple tool like the USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure that the city in the address matches the zip code. If this is the case and it was determined by the carrier that it was "a wrong address," we can try forwarding your order to the correct address. We just ask that you pay for the postage.
Another reason items are returned by the carrier is that they were ‘unclaimed’. If your package was not collected at the local post office or a different pickup location, it will be returned. We ask that you handle reshipment costs should this be the situation at hand.
Yvonne Rondinone Fine Art/ Sea Ginger Shop is not liable for failed delivery or mishandling by the carrier service (USPS or UPS/FedEx). If the address is correct and you assume your package to have been lost or stolen, you must contact the carrier service personally. Unfortunately, we have no control of these circumstances on our end, so we are not able to address any failed delivery or theft issues directly. Due to the unique nature of our art and wares, we will be unable to ship out a replacement on any item that has been lost or stolen.
What if my shipment was damaged after it was delivered?
We are not responsible for any damage incurred post-delivery. We strongly urge you to handle your new artwork or vintage item with care when framing, reframing or displaying. Please place art away from possible water or heat damage and hang pieces with care.
How does International shipping work?
Thank you for your interest. Due to the nature of our small business, we are only shipping throughout the continental US at this time

Steps To Return Art
Within seven days of your delivery date, please contact us via email at email@example.com. Please provide us with the following information:
1. Your order information
2. The reason for the return
3. Attached photos if there is damage to the art and/or packaging
4. We will respond within 1-2 business days with the next steps regarding shipping. Please hold onto the original packaging materials and packing slip provided.
Once the piece safely and securely reaches the studio, we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency (with the exception of shipping costs if applicable).
We require all returned art to be shipped out by the buyer within three days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. Please note: Do not ship the artwork before contacting us. Damaged artwork by improper packaging on the customer end will not be refunded.
Product Return Policy
Can I return prints or other products if I have a change of heart?
We want you to be completely excited about your purchase! That is why we take care and time to portray clear and accurate image photographs and product descriptions. Before confirming your order, we suggest that you read the product specs and examine the piece on a few different device screens if color variation, or normal vintage wear on upcycled pieces is your concern. All print and product sales are final except in specific situations if damage has occurred during shipping.
What if my piece becomes damaged after it was delivered?

We are not able to replace any prints for free if damaged after delivery, so please keep your art in a place away from possible water or heat damage, and hang pieces with care.
What should I expect when buying vintage or antique home decor?
We source our products with meticulous care in order to offer pieces to our customer that we would be proud to display in our own homes. Every effort is made to list each product accurately. Keep in mind that vintage/antique wares are well-loved. Sometimes it is the patina, the rustic quality, and the chippy goodness that makes it!
